VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Wednesday, November 4th, 2020 @ 8pm

All parents of children attending Matthew-John Early Learning Centre are welcome and encouraged to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, November 4th at 8pm via Zoom. This is an opportunity to hear about the activities of the Board and the Centre from the past year, review the Centre’s financial information, vote on new board members, ask questions and meet and get to know other parents.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Matthew-John Early Learning Centre is a non-profit run by a Board of Directors made up of seven parents who sit for a term of two years. The Board meets no fewer than six times a year to discuss current issues and to plan for the future. This year we are looking for three new Board Members to join for the 2020-2019 year. If you wish to volunteer your time to the Board of Directors please submit your name, your resumé and a brief overview of why you would like to join to matthewjohn.centre@gmail.com or to Matthew John’s supervisor Jola Sadocha. Please attend the AGM prepared to introduce yourself to the Board and the other parents at the meeting. All parents are eligible to vote, so please come and elect the 2020-2021 Board!
