Dear Parents,

We are writing to provide an update in relation to the continuously developing COVID-19 situation. The Board and Management continue to focus on the health and safety of our staff and children, as well as on the ongoing operations of Matthew John Early Learning Centre.

With that in mind, the Board can advise parents and caregivers that there will be no refund of fees for March. However, we will not be charging April fees while the Centre is closed and we will continue to pay staff salaries into April.

The Board continues to consider the overall financial impact of the outbreak and what steps may be possible and appropriate for the Centre and staff.

We again request your patience as we navigate through this unprecedented time. The Board will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as appropriate. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to Jola.
